Not a Good Experience!. Furniture Corp delivered a platform storage bed earlier this week. They delivery guys had no tools with them to set it up, so they had to borrow tools. Then they put the side boards on backwards so I couldn't open the storage drawers without moving the bedside tables. A friend of mine took the bed apart a day later to put it together correctly--and found that they hadn't even screwed all the slats in correctly! Bad job Furniture Corp--and all of this cost me $130 extra. Might this come under the heading "ripped off"?

Awesome place for well made solid furniture. Awesome place for well made, solid wood, furniture - the kind they don't make in department stores anymore. Reasonably priced too. Appealing to all clean lines, simple and classy kind of tastes, great selection.

The prices at Furniture Corp are about one third of what you would expect to pay for similar items elsewhere...If you could find them. Customer Service is reasonably quick. Can't say enough good things about this place. What I really like about this place is that you can find clean , quality, contemporary pieces of just about anything and it probably comes in several different colors or styles. They have Beds, Tables , Sofas , big pieces, small pieces and everything in between and you can tailor it to your specific needs.

Excellent Shopping Experience. Could this store be any better? No, it could not. I wanted to go to Furniture Corp to make myself a nicer home. This is the perfect place to come if you are looking for something really nice and substantial furniture for your apartment and of course non-IKEA like. The prices vary depending on the item, for example chairs start from $49 and go up to $200, and then their fabric sofas could start from $400 and go way up to $1400 for a nice leather sofa.

At first , the name kind of reminded me of some huge furniture factory , but when I went there all their furniture was very well made with attention to small details. For the staff , you could tell that they were there if you needed them, but they weren't going to follow you around pretending to know "just what you need!" . I do think they have excellent customer service and they greet customers with a lot of kindness.

Excellent for Sofa beds. This is a good place to find great selections of chairs sofa's and sofa beds. They are very comfortable. The showroom is very nice and clean and the staff is very helpful and very nice. They don't pressure you like some other furniture stores. You can browse at your own leisure and the salespeople are there to help if you need them.

EXCELLENT AFTER SALE SERVICES. I purchased a bed frame from select furniture outlet a year ago. Last month I realized that our bed got infected by insects so I called select furniture to know what can be done and couldn’t believe the prompt attention I got.

Within 10 days they got me a new bed frame and asked me to throw the old one.

A good place for high quality beds and furniture. Beds at pottery barn were out of our budget. They showed me some beds by a manufacturer who uses Mahogany wood . It was a very good looking bed that we really liked , and moreover the price was way less than what i would have ended up paying at pottery barn or crate and barrell .

Very happy with my experience at Select Furniture Outlet.

Great Place for Furniture -Specially Couches. I purchased furniture from them before, revisited them for another sofa bed I needed for the guest room. Its nice to see helpful sales people these days, and they sure were very helpful - No Pushy sales tricks.

Ended up buying a very Good quality sofa with bed , in the color of my choice , at a reasonable price , and got it delivered within 2 weeks . Not bad. :)

Do Not Shop Here!. I ordered a couch over 5 weeks ago in the showroom. I ordered it in leather with the help of a salesperson. The company charged my card immediately even though I was told the couch had to be made special order. I received a phone call 5 weeks later and was told that the couch did not come in leather. I asked why I was not told immediately after ordering it and they made up some lame excuses. I asked for a refund and it has been over 2 weeks and I have not received credit back on my charge yet . I have called the owner numerous times about this and have gotten blown off. I am in dispute with my credit card company against them. The business bureau has many complaints against them that I did not know about. Definitely do not do business with these people. They are thieves!
