West Portal wine bar with weekly changing flights of hard-to-find selections.. West Portal has always been a pedestrian-friendly street, and this is the spot to rest those dogs after your shopping. The bar's door looks like it should lead to a garden; and indeed the air is fresh with plantlife. Just don't let it interfere with your nose--you'll need it to enjoy the aromas of the hard-to-find, small-production wines that Que Syrah specializes in. For a bite, try their bleu cheese and honey plate.
