Weekly shipments from Brussels, Belgium fill this chocolate-colored chocolate shop on the bottom floor of the Crocker Galleria with butter creams, ganaches, pralines, truffles and jellies shaped like tiny sugar-coated fruit. The minimalist boutique feel of the place lets the chocolate be the focus. And for those who prefer to take their sugar fix through a straw, there's a coffee bar featuring mochas and hot chocolates.
