Great cleaning but unreliable. We started with Monica's cleaning service about 6 months ago. She and her team did a great job cleaning and proved to be trustworthy. We were very pleased with the service - counters and floors were always clean (sometimes we found rooms unvaccumed though). Then she stopped coming without any notice. We were unable to reach her on her phone. It was very unprofessional to stop service without any notice.
