Not so sure about this little feller. hard to say, this guy is impeccably dressed and has a glitzy website and all, talks big about winning however many big cases and all.

when it came down to our case, sure enough he promised the world, but couldn't deliver on any actual results.

in fact, he may have opened us up to a libel allegation.

he's a bit fast and loose on the facts--he may ask you to sign declarations that might be less than true or that you know are wrong or are uncomfortable signing. i guess that's why they call them lawyers.

in short, if your case is worth anything to you, you're better off with someone a wee bit more professional.

Not impressed. I would not recommend this attorney. Benson came highly recommended but he took over 1 month to return my first call. When he finally called me, I expressed my concerns about his unresponsiveness, he made a committment to be better about returning my calls when I sign retain his services. He went on vacation, never called me back. It's been 3 months since my initial call. If he didn't want my business, I just wish he expressed that instead of wasting all our time. Very disappointing.

Great Attorney. Benson Lai is an extremely professional and friendly attorney who assisted me a great deal recently when I had landlord issues. His response and recommendations were just what I needed and he was instrumental is helping me get the response I needed from my landlord. I highly recommend him.
