Experience you can trust
by TravisE at Citysearch
Deborah Lopez came to me through the recommendation of close friends who had purchased a house with her help. They had nothing but positive things to say. Deborah was instrumental in helping me in two ways. My Mother had a heart attack a few years ago, and had to be in an assisted living facility for two years. When she was strong enough to move home, her house was in need of extensive work. Deborah held our hands through the whole process and maintained contact with my mother as the months passed.
Early last year my mother passed away. She got to live her last year of life in her own home, thanks in large part to Deborah. After my mother passed I was responsible for selling her home. I have never had any experience with real estate, and Deborah was there again to help. She patiently explained the process in the painstaking detail I needed to feel safe at every step along the way. She also kept me moving forward with the process with friendly phone calls and emails (which I very much needed being a world class procrastinator.) The sale was completely painless and I never felt that I had to be worried about how things turned out. We got a solid offer on the second day of showing. In this market that's pretty remarkable. Deborah stayed with me right up to the last signing of paperwork, and has continued to answer questions when they come up.
I could not have asked for a better experience with this emotionally charged process. I would not hesitate recommending Deborah as a real estate agent (and friend) to anyone. Good old-fashioned business ethics and the patience of a saint.
As a more personal aside, I happened to get to meet the couple who bought my mother's home. They have a toddler and were moved to hear a couple of stories of the love my mother created in the home for my brother and I as children. It does my heart immense good to know my mother's house will continue to be a loving families home.

Deborah is a wonderful real estate resource and THE agent you want to represent you in your transaction.
She knows the business of real estate and will guide you through your transaction, helping you decipher and evaluate the many nuances of each element of your purchase or sale. Whether a first-time purchase, a move-up, or an investment Deborah has the experience and resources to advise and guide.
And D-Lo knows San Francisco. In addition to her deep experience she brings a calming confidence to a sometimes chaotic and emotional process. She is an expert on the pockets within and between neighborhoods and she knows how to work the deal to protect your interest and get you your desired outcome.
Great Real Estate Agent

Deborah was been the first Real Estate Agent that I have been able to trust. She found me exactly what I wanted ---- a fixer upper in a up and coming area - Bernal Heights and she was right. I have referred clients to her and I will continue to do so.

Amazing Realtor-100 percent Trust and Re-use
by Kathleenshanahan at Citysearch
Deborah Lopez is an amazing realtor. In 2002 I decided I wanted to buy a home. I did a tremendous amount of research and interviewed about 10 realtors. I really liked that she knew San Francisco like the back of her hand, had been in the business for years (not one of those young newbies from out of state) and held a law degree.
She didn't bat an eye when I disclosed I couldn't afford a million dollar home and that my friend and I wanted to find a fixer upper TIC - as that is what the two of us could afford. Well?we found it. We found a gorgeous two unit building in Cole Valley. The building was on the market, needed a lot of renovation and was renter occupied (both units). Anyone who knows anything about renters in this city?would have run. She advised us to meet with an attorney and get truly educated so that we would make an informed decision. She did not just try to make us do a buy like many realtors do?she wanted us to be happy and smart about what we were getting into.
We met with the attorney, learned about renter rights and moved forward. I am now a proud owner of a wonderful Condo in Cole Valley ? not a TIC. Deborah made sure we met everyone we needed to help us go from a TIC to Condo. She was with us from purchase in 2002 all the way to conversion in 2007.
I?ve recommended her to all my friends and I think she is wonderful. I am looking to do it again and I will only use Deborah Lopez.
