Thieves and Liars. I wish I could give less than zero stars. After my accident the tow company took my car "to someone they know". It ended up here. I had t-boned a car that had run a stop sign and the damage to my vehicle was extensive. My lexus took over 2 and 1/2 months to get repaired. When I got it back, the AC didn't work, the heater didn't work and it was grinding everytime I made a turn. I took it back, they fixed the air and heat and told me the grinding was that I needed new struts. My car had just rolled 50k miles and was in great shape, there was no way. But they did say they would cut me a deal. I decided instead to take it to Lexus to have them verify. They discovered that the car frame was not bolted together and that's why it was grinding, the parts that got were for the wrong vehicle and nothing fit together right, and all the welds they had done on the car were not painted and therefore, already rusting through. Now 4 months later, the insurance company is totaling out my car since the repair job was so bad and the car has extensive frame damage that was never fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. If you look under the SF Superior website you will find endless lawsuits against this place. It is a chop shop just after the money from the insurance company, even if it means putting drivers in an unsafe vehicle.…
