Completely Unprofessional. Do not host a party at Le Club - there are a number of better (and less pretentious) venues to go to. First off, the management and event planner are impossible to get a hold of - they never answer the phone and are extremely slow to respond to voicemails and emails. Secondly, the place is unprofessional. They cancelled a number of booked parties for the weekend with less than 3 days' notice and no explanation.

Class , Sophistication and a WOW staff. I had the opportunity to dine at Le Club and was not expecting to walk onto the set of a 1930s film noir movie set...gorgeous! The service for dinner was exquisite, with our waitier knowing every aspect of the menu and graciously chose the appropriate wines. We retired to the lounge and before I knew it, it was 2am...Great bartenders, quick service on my drinks (the best Whiskey Old Fashioned in San Francisco). The manager (a blonde Amazon with Hollywood looks) took care of us and made sure that all of our needs were met....Highly recommended....have the chefs Pork tenderloin with housemade mustard.

save your maney and run. This place is realy not worth it save your money and go to Vintecelo or Rue Saint Jacques. This place is full of Lalaland poeple displaced for god knows what reason

Nob Hill gets a little classier with the re-emergence of this institution of San Francisco nightlife.. The original Le Club was a San Francisco hot spot decades ago, but after years spent housing other restaurants (and a few years lying empty), the building is again home to this destination for late-night eats and classic drinks. The rooms--there are four, one which features a billiards table and another with an upright piano--are dripping in leather, velvet and old-school touches. At the long marble bar, accented by a large ice bucket with bottles of bubbly, servers sling classic cocktails like a Sidecar, Manhattan (called a Knob Hill here) or an Old Fashioned.

Champagne, pool table, and a scene. I have zero clue why people are complaing. I thought the place was HOTT and posh. Styled like a gentleman's club. With great bartenders and a super sxy crowd. Creative cocktails, Champange, shrimp cocktail, and a few games of pool. Ran into lots of familar faces and made new friends. I went there with my girls and we had a great time.

Pretty lame.... We rented the room with the pool table...when we got there the previous party was still inhabiting the space. The hostess told us to just move in and the "other people will slowly leave." Well...they didnt. None of the staff seemed up to the task of asking the previous party to move out...became a joke.

The pool room was sooooo hot...some story about the AC not working (funny because I read something about this in a similar review) and we had to keep the window closed or the neighbors would complain about the noise. It was way hot, man. I mean we had to stick our heads out the window to manage.

Drinks...watered down and poured at snails place.

Nice place, just lame service and operation.

Le Club is Le Bad. Terrible -- if you want bad food, pretentious cokeheads, and overpriced drinks, then this is your place.
