Dr. Darrell Brooks is a plastic, hand and micro surgeon. He obtained his B.A. from Stanford University and his M.D. from Stanford University. Dr. Brooks did his post-graduate residency training in plastic surgery at Stanford University and did a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at Davies Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Brooks has published scientific articles, book chapters and presented at numerous national and international meetings related to a wide variety of plastic, hand and microsurgery topics. Dr. Books has a wide interest in all aspects of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, including upper and lower extremity reconstruction, breast reconstruction and replantation. He is an editor of the journal Microsurgery. His practice is in San Francisco at the Davies Campus of California Pacific Medical Center.
