This industrial-looking watering hole is exactly what the name implies: equal parts corner coffee shop and after-work bar. Locals sip huge servings of coffee (usually the individually prepared cups from the Clover machine at $3 a pop), glasses of red wine or smooth pints of beer. And for those who need a bite to eat, the shop offers baked goods, sharable appetizers like roasted almonds or marinated olives and more substantial sandwiches and salads until last call.

While the address is on Bryant Street, the shop's actually around the back of that building, closer to the corner of Florida and Mariposa Streets.
