I've been practicing yoga on and off for a couple years (tried bikram and some free classes from work) but have never stayed committed to one instructor until I was introduced to Yoganiche last year. Julie is good at keeping everyone interested and adequately challenged. She also listens to students' requests and adjusts her classes accordingly. I also love the atmosphere there because everyone is so friendly

Pros: definitely the instructions!

Cons: only 3 days a week

YOGANICHE is the best place for relaxation and a good workout. Julie is a great teacher in that she tells you what to do and has modifications if needed. She knows about my lower back issues and makes sure I don't over do it or push too hard. She always reminds us to go as far as our bodys want to because some days are good and others are different. She has a nice voice which is easy to follow without looking around the class. I love the instruction and variation of the classes. Some days there is emphasis on shoulders, balance, hip openers, etc. etc and I love the ab workout because she makes it more fun than regular crunches. I really enjoy the savasana. I feel completely restored and in a different place. I totally recommend this stuido to others. I tell all my friends and pass it along. Come and check it out. She will not disappoint you. One more thing. The studio is a very nice space for the class. The decor is very relazing and tranquil. I love the feel of the room while doing yoga. I just can't say it enough, I just love Julie's class. I have tried different classes but nothing like her class...which keeps me coming back for more. Thanks Julie!!! Can't wait for the next class.

Cons: only three times a week on the weekdays
