Fun for Groups

I arranged a birthday dinner party here on a weekend. The managers Rob and Robert were very accomodating with all the changes in the number of guest even up until the last minute. We started out as a large party with almost 20 guest and ended up with 5 due to a situation at the last minute and they handeled it great for us. Our server was Careena and she was very helpful since all of us were new to fondue. She had great recommendations and a great personality. Overall the service, atmosphere, and the food were all great. We will definately be back.

Not worth the money.

I love fondue and thought this would be a great place for "date night" with my husband. WRONG! The hostess seated us in "lovers lane" which was a cramped alcove that made us feel like we were sitting in a box. My husband asked to see other areas but most were designated for larger parties so we were stuck in our box. The staff was trying but they all seemed better suited to be working in a fast food restaurant. There were too many sauces etc. with the main course so it was hard to remember what sauce went with what meat. The presentaion of each course , especially dessert, left much to be desired. Unfortunately, you can tell this is a chain restaurant and for the price, you really don't feel it's worth the money.

Fun for entertaining - service lowsy!

This is a great place to go on a date, with family, friends, kids or even business colleagues. It's fun! Fondue is great!

The prices are really high, the service was shockingly horrible, with the exception of the wait staff. With a reservation, we still had to wait 30 minutes so we headed to the bar for a quick cocktail. The bar was not clean and not even crowded. Dirty napkins, diry glasses and spills were all over the bar. The bartender was too busy making drinks for the servers to be delivered to the tables and we weren't even acknolwedged after 5 minutes of sitting down. We had to ask to see the drink menu, then a manager type person assisted with drinks, and they even got a vodka tonic wrong! WOW!

The bathrooms were a disgrace, toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor!

Other than that, fondue is fun and the food was decent.
