Walter is a wonderful agent that I trust. Walter Li has been our State Farm insurance agent for over 8 years. With three cross country moves and 2 additions to our family, Walter has always been there to personally take care of all our insurance needs. He and his staff are always available when we have questions or want to make any changes to our insurance policies, they are informative and handle all our needs in a timely manner. In todays world it is so reassuring to have someone you can trust and count on.

Incredible. What? An insurance agency whose office staff actually knows your name, lets you know about new products, helps, really helps with claims, recognizes your voice on the telephone. Yes, it's true. That has been my experience with Walter Li's agency and I recommend it and the great responsive staff without hesitation.

Excellent, top quality service. Walter and his team are excellent. They know who I am when I call. They know the answers to almost all of my questions and, if they don't, they research and call me right back. They are honest and have my best interests in mind. They take the time to listen to my needs and ensure that I have the right insurance products or options. Walter has come to my home on more than one occasion, most recently when I wanted to confirm that our homeowners' coverage was adequate. I am confident that I am receiving the highest level of service from Walter and his team.
