nd I have always appreciated the attentive service I've received from him and his staff. Recently, my neighborhood's flood zone status changed from high to low risk, and Carlos personally took care of the many steps necessary for me to receive the same quality flood insurance coverage at a substantially reduced rate. In fact, many steps is an understatement! Just another example of the peace of mind we have, knowing that he is looking out for our best interests.

Great Insurance Agency. Carlos and his crew are very professional, responsive and puts forth the extra effort for his clients. I recently moved and needed to convert my homeowners policy for a rental policy. Carlos did some research and was able to get a me a refund for several years based upon a policy that had been originated with another State Farm Agent.

I would highly recommend Carlos and his agency.

Very happy with Carlos' agency. They are Awesome Insurance agency!! They are knowledgeable and easy to talk to, as well as quick to reach me about the accident. I was very happy that my insurance claim went through without any problems and it was really easy experience.

Like a good neighbor, Carlos is there!. Carlos, has been an excellent agent and I have been a client of his since he first opened. I can honestly say that his office is one of the few places where I actually get genuine customer service with a smile. Most other places I get services from could learn a lot from Carlos's Agency. The world would be a better place with more quality service providers in it like the team in Carlos's office. What a pleasure to deal with, and a genuinely nice guy. If you need something insurance related, give him a try for a can't miss great experience, I'm happy that I did.

Fantantastic service, thank you so much!. State Farm Staff are the very BEST!! My claim was processed immeadiatly , there was a sense of urgency do to the fact it was an appliance that was in need of replacement (refrigerator). Carlos makes filing a claim so easy! very happy. While I don't like getting my car dinged in parking lots by anonymous drivers, I do LOVE the fact that the process of filing a claim with State Farm and Carlos Acosta it is incredibly easy, and takes the complicated RIGHT out of auto claims! Thank you so much! I am an incredibly busy Mom, and the ease of just making one phone call and getting the claim under way in just that phone call was such a time saver.

Very pleased experience. My experience with Carlos’ insurance agency was very good. They were very good at returning calls ASAP and were very pleasant. They called me 2 days after the field rep was here and explained the whole process of issuing the insurance claim and check. I am very satisfied at their promptness and how they value my time as a customer.
