what is going on with the service. The service is not as good as it use to be. I went in to buy Christmas gifts and when I asked for help the first person told me the journal I wanted was probably in the back in one of the many boxes they still have to open and that I should ask someone else because she was off. So I did and that person told me that if it wasn't out they probably didn't have it and I felt they just weren't in the mood to help a customer.
