To have the opportunity to be able to design something with the person you will be spending the rest of your life with, is one thing. But, to get to have those special pieces be made a reality by such thoughtful people whom go out of their way to make sure that not even one person is disrespected along the way is priceless. To be wearing the best made by the best, makes my man and I feel on top of the world! We had some crazy ideas and requests for our custom designed rings, and were pretty nervous about what we were asking for. But, BE gave us nothing but smiles, reassurance, excitement....and then perfection! It really is better than anything I ever imagined. I highly suggest this company. They are setting better standards for the jewelry industry and how we treat each other - globally! Looking forward to our anniversary!...hint hint, babe'!

This place is worthy of a review. I got engaged 6 weeks ago and shopped around all the usual stores in Union Square, but it just didn't feel right. The search was really getting to me, until I googled 'ethical diamonds' and Brilliant Earth popped up. Their website was fantastic AND they had a showroom in San Francisco! So, I was able to go in person to choose my ring. The showroom is more of an office above the street, but I felt no pressure and Daniella was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. I had no qualms in purchasing the ring from them there and then. It arrived 10 days later & I am so happy with it. Not only are their prices reasonable, but the supporting documentation proving the diamond's origin from a conflict free Canadian mine gives me real confidence. They ensure the miners have healthcare and are paid a decent salary AND they donate part of their profits to charity. What more can you ask for? Oh, and you get a gorgeous wooden box for your ring. Much better than blue...

We love our wedding bands we bought here. We ordered online, which always has it's risks, but the process went very smoothly. Thank you for providing sustainable jewelry, Brilliant Earth! It's very sad to hear what happens to people, countries and the environment so the well off can look good. However, I think Brilliant Earth does a great job providing beautiful products without the social/environmental consequences. I love telling people where we got our rings, its like "voting" for something you care about.

When I (and now husband!) got engaged, he knew I wanted to choose my own ring...and even suspected I would want to create a custom design. Of course we are together because he understands things like this :) I am so lucky that Brilliant Earth exists and happens to be in my neighborhood! Danielle and Beth were exceedingly patient, creative, supportive and expert in helping us make the perfect ring. Ethically sourced ruby (birthstone) and yellow gold. What can I say...I'm Italian ;) I did the whole thing: brought in a lot of jewelry to be recycled, custom ring, and wedding band too!

Even if you want something other than diamond or sapphire, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Brilliant Earth. I had no idea they would be able to meet my ultra custom desires! They did it easily and expertly!

Brilliant Earth was recommended to me by friends who had purchased their wedding bands there and I have to say that I could not be more pleased with their service. They perfected the custom band I was looking for! Not only did they finish the ring in half the time they said it would take, but they also took some of the final price off of the ring since they had quoted me much lower than I ended up paying. In the end, I loved the ring and was going to pay for it, even if it was more than I expected, but it was so nice of them to take some of the edge off the price. I absolutely love what they stand for and their customer service is outstanding. Kerry helped me patiently figure out what I want and was extremely thorough. If you have old jewelry you are not going to wear again, this is a great time to recycle it. I paid for my entire ring using the credit I received from old jewelry we had just sitting around. If you are looking for an eco-friendly jewelry place, this is it!

I just received my wedding ring from Brilliant Earth this week. It's absolutely perfect! Customer service is prompt and incredibly helpful. Any question you might have is answered in full. There was someone to guide and help me every step of the way, be it from engraving the ring, payment options, and advice on ring sizing. I am incredibly satisfied and intend to be a repeat buyer.

My husband has wanted to purchase a diamond ring for me for many years. He knew I wouldn't wear one because African children often lost their arms and legs mining diamonds for jewelry. I am thrilled with the diamond band he surprised me with for our 25th anniversary and am pleased that the jewels were mined "conflict free." It is an elegant ring and I love it!

I bought my girlfriend an engagement ring at Brilliant Earth, and the experience was great the whole way. The ethical stance on diamonds is of course compelling, but they were also great to work with and didn't try to upsell or rush us (unlike the nearby DeBeers location). They were patient, worked in our price range and accomodated our schedules. Highly recommended.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company. My future hubby and I decided to purchase our wedding rings and my engagement ring on-line because he is deployed. Getting to a jewelry store with four walls was not an option. We searched around and stumbled upon these guys. After researching and reading the other shining reviews we decided to go for it. I couldn't be happier with the beautiful setting and shinny sapphire that came to me. I have had nothing but gushing compliments on my ring. I think that what we paid for all three bands was very reasonable especially for the quality that we received. People were even shocked that my engagement ring was as inexpensive as it was.

Even when my wedding band didn't fit just the way that I wanted it to fit they were super understanding and they were wonderful about resizing it. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone looking to pop the question.
