Excellent. I knew which engagement ring I wanted to purchase for my girlfriend long before I planned on purchasing them and proposing. During one of my live chat sessions with a specialist (awesome feature), she mentioned that the rings were going to be going up in price in a few days. I didn't have the money to make the purchase at that time and was very upset, but she told me that I could lock in the current price and work out a payment plan! It was amazing!

On top of that, I worked with a great rep the entire time, and she was an absolute doll to work with. She was genuinely interested in my relationship with my girlfriend and was in contact often.

Love Love Love Brilliant Earth!. I love Brilliant Earth! My husband and I have been loyal to Brilliant Earth since I discovered the website when looking for engagement and wedding rings. We received an amazing set of rings, and were also treated with incredibly personalized service. Not only are their jewelry designs incredibly beautiful but they are truly a socially and environmentally responsible company.

I picked out my engagement ring and then we worked pretty closely with our sales person Beth. She was really proactive about suggesting a matching band, which actually looked amazing with the engagement ring even though it wasn't what I thought I wanted. We had to work with her remotely so she sent us lots of digital images to help us understand what our engagement ring would look like with multiple different wedding band options. When we the box arrived with the rings, I was absolutely thrilled with the quality. My rings looked incredible together, however wearing two rings instead one made them both feel really tight on my finger. I was concerned because my wedding band was "eternity style" and I feared that it couldn't be resized. I worried that I wouldn't be able to wear both rings together!! BE was so great about it. I called their service line in a panic right after I opened the box, and they immediately had me send back my ring to be completely remade in a slightly larger size. Thank you BE! Even years later, the rings have worn perfectly together and still sparkle like new.

My husband just surprised me with a beautiful pair sapphire earrings for our two year anniversary and I love them! I can't wait to collect more BE treasures.…

Brilliant Earth. What a great place. I've never bought an egagement ring before and I lucked out by having a great help me. She was very patient and I believe, went above and beyond for me. I live in Houston so handled everything via phone and email. When I narrowed down the setting and diamond, she had the couple diamonds I was interested in shipped to her store and she took photos for me so that I could see what they looked like. She then happen to have the setting I wanted and took a photo of the diamond sitting on top of the setting and even put it on to let me see the size comparison when worn. I doubt I would have gotten such service in most other places, especially those chains. Anyhow, I proposed about 1.5 weeks ago and thankfully she said yes. Possibly due in part to the beauty of the ring I got from this great company!…

I was so pleased with my engagement ring purchase, that I returned to purchase a pair of wedding bands, and I plan to return again when anniversaries come around. As customers go, I'm picky, I ask a lot of questions, and I had several special requests. BE was patient, answered all of my questions in a timely fashion, and satisfied all of my requests. My purchases are beautiful, get lots of positive comments from friends, and I enjoy sharing stories about how they are conflict-free, recycled, & customized.
