Outstanding movie.The director (and one of the main characters) Nadine Labaki was successful with her great talent in representing the Lebanese women in the film with dignity and beauty. A must see movie as it promotes a piece of the reality of the lives of people in Beirut despite the disadvantages of the sad political situation. She was able to show happy and sad emotions in a beautiful multi religious framehighlighting the true Lebanese love among its people. A+, and looking for more like it from such a talented young lady. Pros: writing,acting, music..all

This film is beautiful and unassuming-what a great film. The director (and one of the main characters) Nadine Labaki is not only beautiful, but talented and presents the respective stories of the women in the film with dignity and beauty. I can't say enough about this film. It doesn't pack a happy ending/saccharine sweet ending or plot: it's real, it's raw, but none the less beautiful.
