The Scene
Bella Sante's interior is decidedly pampering and intentionally calming, with plush sofas and chairs for those waiting. Patrons are required to turn off cell phones and pagers; loud voices are strongly discouraged--and children aren't allowed. Day-spa standards, plus acupuncture and acupressure treatments, are offered. The variety of facials available include green tea, spirulina algae facials and oxygen. Various massages, nail (manicures and pedicures) and waxing services and packages are also available.

As the Marketing Manager for a large corporation in the New England area, I was asked to put together a marketing event for women executives in Senior Leadership positions to enjoy a luncheon seminar, followed by an afternoon of networking at a spa. After calling every major hotel in the city of Boston (Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons..etc), I was having trouble finding a location that would be able to accomodate both the luncheon session, as well as the spa treatment services for up to 30 guests. And then...I found Bella Sante. Since I was not local to the area, I relied on the recommendations of some of my peers who live close by. What can I say? FABULOUS, WONDERFUL, PERFECT, ATTENTION TO DETAIL and CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WERE OFF THE CHARTS. I loved working with Jessica, the Spa Director and Erin, the event coordinator, and all of the wonderful staff who over the course of two months, worked to make this day as successful as it could possibly be. All of the executives have sent me thank you notes with rave reviews about the facials, massages, and manicures that they received. The lounge area also turned into a great location to network. Jessica and Erin were always accomodating, always responsive and put me at ease from the first moment I came to the spa to talk about getting this event off the ground. If you are thinking of a bridal shower, or unique way to get a group of friends together for a special purpose, please go to Bella Sante in Wellesley. It will be the best decsion you make! Again, thanks to all of the wonderful staff at Bella Sante for making our event a wonderful day!
Pros: Customer Services is spectacular

I have been a client of bellasante for 5 years. I have traveled to many spas which are considered "destination spas", and I always leave feeling that the best service all around are from Bella Sante. I feel that for each facial I have had the esthetician assesses my skin and has been able to correctly determine the best facial for me at that particular time. So many spas I have gone to they just give you the facial you signed up for, here they are able to fine tune it to best suit the client; which to me is always a sign of a well trained, confident esthetician. The pedicures are the best by far. I had to write this review because I recently visited the new location in Wellesley and was blown away by the same level of expertise with the bonus being the women's locker room showers are like a relaxation service in itself! Also I took advantage of a sign they had at the front desk offering a free consultation by Pini Swissa (hair stylist to the famous on newbury street). I sat with him and was surrounded by his team and have since become a very satisfied client. Five years ago I went to bella sante as a tired mommy in need of a break now I go as a refreshed and happy mom who is getting one stop shopping for all of those beauty needs. Also, my husband and I will occasionally go for a massage and then out to dinner, he like me was not the spa type, but is now transformed. Can't recommend it enough.
