Hair By Kate - San Francisco

Kate of Hair By Kate does excellent Men's Cuts!. I have a hectic work schedule and need to try to get in for a cut on a day I might have off. I mentioned this to Kate and she was more than happy to try to accomodate me on a walk- in/call-in type basis.

So far, it's worked out good and on the one or two times I had to change the appointment, she was more than understanding and didn't make me feel bad or guilty for having to move it.

I really needed this type of haircut arrangement.

It's a relief to find someone who gives me an excellent haircut and is FLEXIBLE.

I've had more than my share of bad cuts and people making me wear smocks/gowns in the salon, have to make an appt. when leaving, etc.

I don't want all the frills (although Kate has it if you do want that).

Suffice it to say, I'm ecstatic I found Kate and plan to see her for as long as I have hair on my head!

Oh, and she offers free neck trims to her regular clients.

She helps make my life a little less hectic.…

For really good highlights and cuts, go see Kate!!. I like Kate's personality, and how she cuts and color my hair. The trick to me staying with a hairstylist, is they need to give good cuts and good, natural looking highlights,- but I have to really like them too.

I found these requirements when I met Kate. I work with a gal that has gone to Kate for quite awhile and I kept looking at her hair and really liking it.

I finally called Kate for an appointment and was lucky to get in, she was all filled up that week, but was willing to come meet me on a Mon. a.m..

I thought it was so gracious of Kate, I don't even know if she works on Monday's.

She patiently listened to what I wanted my hair to look like, and proceeded to make it happen.

I love my highlights, and the cut. I have long hair and she only cut what I requested.

I have made another appointment for March and look forward to it.…
