We used Butler Limousine Services to the San Francisco Airport last Month. We had a group of highly successful business owners and a Doctor with us on a Flight to Las Vegas NV. Butler provided us with a beautiful black stretch limousine and a very professional chauffeur. There chauffeur new the best routes to pick up our passengers on the way to the airport. The flight was so early in the morning Butler provided Juice and Water and Light Snacks. They also gave us great directions inside of SFO to our Terminal. They showed us how to get to the new Virgin Air inside the International terminal. We give them a 5star rating we use their service all the time. They have the best customer service in the Business. What a great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I gave it 1 star since that was the lowest allowed but these guys have no Customer Service whatsoever and I would never use them again. I booked an 8 passenger limo with them for a wedding last week and they sent a 5 passenger SUV. We NEVER discussed getting an SUV with them but they said that's what we ordered and that's all they had. It was outside my front door on the day and too late to book something else. I would never have ordered this car since we definitely wanted a stretch limo and specifically ordered it. The driver was polite since it wasn't his fault, that was the only positive thing to this whole experience. I have called 3 times now to speak to them about my disappointment and have not gotten any call backs. They also charged me more than the price that we agreed to. They were happy to take my money before I even used them but can't return a call or admit that they screwed up and ruined the first part of our day. Do yourself a favor and use someone else who provides good service.
