AAAHHHHHH... ;-) My visit was very enjoyable and relaxing. The pampering and customer service was outstanding. They spoil you with a wide variety of goodies such as champagne, hot tea, an assortment of delicious cookies & chocolates.

terrible customer service, tired spa needs updating. The spa is tired and worn out; floors are rubbed raw and need replacing (particularly in manicure area). Customer service is *not* stellar. For the prices they charge, they are more of a 2-3 star spa, not 4-5.

Luxury at its best!. Cocoon is the perfect place to get away for an hour of pampering. Not only is the staff warm and professional, they offer you a lovely glass of champagne (which really helps if you're going in for a wax!). Speaking of waxing, though no one can take the pain away completely, Cocoon makes it as painless as possible...ask for Rosa!

I've had my brows done, a brazillian, and a facial all of which I go back for again. What Cocoon offers that other spa's don't is a kick ass boot camp! It's the perfect combination of yoga stretching, core strengthening, and overall body toning. The instructors are encouraging and make it fun for everyone. Despite the early wake-up call, I looked forward to it every morning.

Amazing spa and Yoga studio. I recently had a full day of services at cocoon including a facial, brow and bikini wax, a lash tint and a mani/pedi. Everything was amazing!! I especially loved the facial and my skin felt great afterward. I was a little nervous about getting the lash tint, but I love it and will definitely get it done on a regular basis. The ambiance at Cocoon is very relaxing and inviting.I also recently received a thai massage from Priya and took a few of the yoga classes that they offer. Both were wonderful and I will be back!!

Best day spa san francisco. I just went here today for a spa mani/pedi and it was fabulous. The spa is very comfortable and unpretentious. The people working there are very friendly and attentive, constantly offering the customers champagne, strawberries or brownies among other things. My manicurist did a great job and I would definitely go here again. I didn't try any of their other services, but they've got massage, skincare, waxing, tanning and their yoga room looked beautiful. Anyway, if you want the best manicure in San Francisco, go to Cocoon.

Best spa experience ever!. I got my second 'mani/pedi' here a couple days ago and I was very pleased with my experience here. (As a straight male I feel like I have to use quotes there. I don't get enough manicures or pedicures to really need to abbreviate the words.) I had only had one mani/pedi before but it was performed by a man in India and let me tell you it wasn't even close to this.

First of all it seems like Cocoon only hires attractive young women for its staff. Lovely. They are very personable and accomodating and everything is generally set up to provide maximum relaxation. The chair was very comfortable. Despite 45 minutes of doing what they do to your fingers and toes with what appear to be sharp metal instruments, there was no pain as I was lulled into a dreamlike state while reading Esquire and drinking a beer they brought me from the restaurant downstairs.

All in all it was a great experience and I think I will get another mani/pedi in the future. I never knew my fingernails could look like this.

Also I got a massage here a few months ago which was even about ten times more relaxing than the mani/pedi. Recommended!

Urban Oasis. This place is awesome! Not only is the service amazing, but so are all the staff! Beautiful space located in SOMA. One of my favorite services is the spray tan (yes, I admit it!) They make you look like you actually have a beautiful, bronze tan, as opposed to looking orange (which is usually the case). Great space for showers, bridal parties, bdays!
