Wonderful and fresh. I was so happy to discover this wonderful little bakery for the first time. I happened to drive by on my way to a brunch at a friend's home and stopped by. The selection is amazing and everything I tryed was so tasty. Everybody at the brunch commented how good the pastries were. Great find!

Find fresh-baked pastries and other French cafe fare behind this apple-green Hayes Valley storefront.. A hand-written chalkboard near the entryway marks the daily specials: something like French onion soup and homemade granola with yogurt. Inside, among rustic wooden tables, diners can choose from open-faced sandwiches made to order, brunch items or baked goods like chocolate croissants, vegetable quiches and fruit tarts from a large glass display case. In addition to edibles, the very traditional French boulangerie serves up coffee and espresso drinks as well.

Quality Food and Coffee. They have great sandwiches, salads, french pastries and sweets and coffee. All very reasonably priced and central to trendy Hayes valley.
