I submitted a request for quotes and I immediately received a reply from Bob Soper. Bob was very professional and asked the right questions. He was able to meet with me the next day and showed me a number of carpet samples, all of which were nice. I was in a rush to have the carpet installed and most of the places I talked with needed at least two weeks to complete the order. With Vance Floors the carpet was installed in five days. The job was well done and the carpet looks wonderful!
