Impressed!. I wanted to give my employees gift baskets for their holiday gift and a colleague of mine recommended SF gift baskets. Considering I was putting a large order at a busy time during holidays, Mitra the owner ensured me that I would have all my orders in right at the time that I need it was prior to our holiday party! and sure enough she delivered them earlier than expected time. And I must say the baskets looked fabulous! I was very impressed with her work, and professionalism. Disappointed. All I can say is that I read all these reviews and decided to buy from this company; first of all the service was really bad, second the basket I ordered to my niece was a disaster, according to my niece's sister who didn't want me to know about it so I don't be upset. Best Gift Baskets in the Bay Area. I don't write too many reviews, but I had to for SF Gift Baskets. If you've ever tried ordering a gift basket before (H&D), or tried putting one together yourself, then you know it can be miserable. That is NOT the case with SF Gift Baskets. Mitra, the owner, was extremely helpful and a complete delight to work with on my order. She helped me with over 10 baskets for my company holiday party; for the executives and for a holiday raffle. Gift Baskets Galore. Talk about a great alternative to what I normally give friends and coworkers for Christmas (or birthdays or just because). Mitra does such a good job putting together a personal gift baket for me every time I see her. And she only uses the good stuff! I've sent an organic goodie basket to a friend and it was absolutely amazing - full of chocolates, cookies and savory snacks. I also sent gift baskets to all of my work clients last Christmas and everyone was so impressed. It looked like I had spent a bundle but in reality it was very reasonable.
