Love this studio!!!

I love going to this studio. They have a wide variety of teachers all from different backgrounds who can tailor a workout just for you, whether you are a beginner or advanced. They just started offering drop-in group classes too.

The owner is very attentive. When I called in originally, she really took the time to find out what I was looking for and needed and wanted from my fitness program. She matched me up with a trainer and now I a hooked.

Best Pilates Studio in SF

This studio rocks...and that's coming from a guy who's typically in the gym only. No seriously, love my trainer at Informed Body who kicks my a%s on a regular basis. I've found that mixing in a day or two of Pilates a week really helps in all of my other physical workout activities. Also found it to help my golf game...at least my club swing mobility. The studio itself is very chic & visually interesting inside - totally fits the Hayes Valley vibe. Highly recommend it to anyone - amateurs or experts alike!

All the trainers have a client-focused philosophy, which seems to be hard to find these days.
