I heart Rock Solid Fitness! Working out in this women's fitness group is the absolute best way to start the day. I will never go into a gym again. Working out at Crissy Field, overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge, is inspirational and invigorating. Our workouts are never the same and the community is encouraging and challenging at the same time. By working out with this group, you will be Rock Solid!
