I was new to the city and in a rush for a car detailing before I went out of town so I stopped by famous car wash by chance. What a mistake. A simply as I can put it they did a terrible job. For $125 I got the equivalent of an mediocre $20 wash. They assured me they would remove a tree sap stain - they didn't. They didn't clean inbetween anything so the car didn't look like it had been washed on the inside. I tried to point out a couple of these oversights to the attendant who washed my car but he didn't seem to care. All told a terrible waste of money, I guess I should have check citysearch first. I'm told these guys wash cars and do detailing in parking garages as well. You should double check to make sure it isn't this company if you do have this service performed in a parking garage.
