TGI Fridays?. I don't know if it's the San Francisco in me now that I've been out here a year or so, but I am MUCH more excited about the little divey sports bars than I am the ones that look like a TGI Fridays. This bar was very nice, however. Plenty of space, but totally deserted on a Saturday night (the Giants weren't playing, so I'm sure that had something to do with it).

Drinks were a bit expensive, but it's a good place for a large group!

Great place for Happy Hour!. Huge main floor with upstair mezzanine and private rooms for parties. Great atmosphere with losts of decorations including many big screen TV's. We had a Company Happy Hour at Pete's and it was a wonderful experience. I could only imagine how packed it would be on the weekend when the games are on. Perfect place to go have drinks with friends, watch games or to plan any events. Try it!

Where the girls hangout. Pete's Tavern is a sportbar but it's the kind of sportsbar where a guys guy and a girly girl will both be comfortable. Lots of booth seating, the big bar in the middle is nice, good rowdy crowd at times but the place is still clean and not usually too packed. One large projection screen and lots of little tvs around. Only beef is that there are these huge pillars all around that inevitably block someone's view of a tv. My favorites are the chicken chorizo nachos. the shoestring fried zuchinni and the little corn muffin that comes with the bbq platters.

Editorial Review. Restaurant and pub across from AT&T Park serves up classic American favorites--from tuna melts and burgers to seasonal salads--in a casual sports-bar space.
