Still maintaining well reputation in carept cleaning.
I had hired aaa sparkling carpets to clean my carpets and sofa last year. They did very good job. So, this year when I moved to my another apartment I called again them hoping good job like last time.
I am very happy that they made me satisfied this time too.

They look wonderful, thank you! I was hoping more than anything that the furniture indentations would come up as a result of the cleaning but technician told me that with burber carpet its not going to happen.
I was extremely happy with the service and the price, tho, so kudos! 

I really appreciate Sparkling Carpets as carpet cleaners. Our kids had partied all night. at our home. The carpet were in a really bad shape, trashed !! with stains all over. I used one of those carpet cleaners from safeway, and did all I could but in vain.
Then my friend suggested Sparkling Carpets and when I saw their work, I was relieved. They were quick to respond and completed their work with thorough perfection leaving behind a lingering fragrance.

Extremely happy. sparkling carpets cleaned my office last week. The results that we got are excellent . All the odor s gone and the place looks as though it has been given a new look..the place smells soo good now... will surely recommend to any one who may need your services..the gentleman you sent over gave us an fair and descent assessment of the carpets in the office..overall am satisfied and will surely use your services again ...
a job well done..... I have usually had people drop in late even though they make an appointment, well this was the first time that some one actually turned up early!!. Well their guy luis and his son did a really nice job with the carpets?..he took his own time and removed many of the old food stains i had made ?.thank you sparkling carpets will definitely hire you guys again?

They actually called me up to see if I was satisfied with their service ?now that?s the first time and that?s what I call good customer service.. they use some water pressure treatment thing not sure what its called so my carpet was kinda damp..When i told them that the carpet was still not dry(its supposed to be completely dry in like 2 hours) ..they sent me a mail telling me that their technician had to use more water than normally needed to remove the stains from the carpet? and told me steps that I should do to make my carpet dry quicker?they mailed in later asking me if the carpet was dry...... overall I will rate them high and I am satisfied with their service.
Worst Carpet Cleaner Service - 1 1/2 hours late...took him 4 hours!. This is the worst carpet cleaner service I have ever had. Do not use them. I confirmed my appointment by email a couple days before they came out. The morning of the appt. they called me 4 times. The carpet cleaner said he was stuck in traffic. Then he called again and said he was still stuck in traffic. He came an hour and a half late. He was the slowest carpet cleaner ever. He didnt move any of our furniture and missed cleaning under the coffee table. It took him 4+ hours to get it done and then he ended up charging me extra for a little walkway. He left all the dog hair in the bathroom and never cleaned it up. We saw him a number of times making personal phone calls on his cell. There was a ton of dog hair and he did get most of it up. The carpet cleaner called me 3 times this am within about 2 hours. I called the owner and told him to call the carpet cleaner and have him stop calling me. There are much better options for carpet cleaners. It's not acceptable to be an 1 1/2 late.
Dear Customer, Our technician did his best to get there on time. Unfortunately, the traffic was unusually backed up. We regret for the delay. We did our best.We called you 4 times because we felt, it might be better to keep you informed. This way you wouldn't have to keep guessing, when our tech would show up. Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, our technicians are not permitted to move furniture because of liability & workmen's comp issues. We did specify in the advance email we sent you. The area under the coffee table should have been cleaned. We will make sure our techs pay more attention to details. We appreciate this feedback. I am glad at least our tech spent 4+ hours to work on these carpets, which were not cleaned in over 10 years. This as against just doing a surface cleaning and walking away. It was one of those days, where everything we did went wrong. We deeply regret for all that happened. Please do give us one more chance, to prove ourself.

They came at our apartment last week. They called me and informed that they are running late. They arrived 1 hr late and start job. They were in hurry because of their next job. Service was so fast but I got some spots were still in dining room.
They cleaned twice my dining room. They can get 5 star rating if they arrive on time. I happy with service and cleaning - RECOMMENDED.
