Best Hotel Bar.
This is my first review, but my fondness of the bar is why I must share. If you love meeting new people this is the best seat in the house. This is a great bar to meet for the start of your night. Make sure to try the breakfast at tiffanies, Jim's mojhitos (no leafs in your teeth) or a beer. But the best thing about the bar are the bartenders: Jim, Arron, Dameon, Diane and Darren ( if they make your drink you are golden). And the old school feel of the bar makes you think it has been their for years. The wrap-up: if you want to make new friends and have an great time try the bar drake.

The Sir Francis Drake Hotel's lobby bar plays on its Prohibition-era history with 1920s-inspired cocktails..
In Short
This lobby bar, situated at the top of the stairs and facing the hotel's main entrance, is elegant, yet sleek, with an old-school vibe. The small walnut-wood bar boasts six tall leather stools and a dramatic antique-mirrored back that displays an array of Scotches and American whiskeys. Two lounge areas on either side of the bar seat about 30 on comfortable gray velvet sofas and chairs. A select food menu offers small plates like goat-cheese-and-chive profiteroles, salumi and parmesan leaven bread.
