Best hair removal in the bay area. There are dozens of med spas in San francisco and Dr. Tsai is the best! I have had only five laser treatments and my chest hair is almost gone. Other offices do not compare. Dr. Tsai has the newest lasers. I found her on Yelp blog and she was really professional. Check out her reviews on Yelp. c o m

Best med spa in San francisco. My friend referred me to Dr. Tsai and I have never looked better. I have been to three other med spas in the bay area over the last five years and now I will only see Dr. Tsai. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She treats my crows feet with botox and almost all of the capillaries on my cheeks are gone from laser treatments. I am in my late thirtys and look ten years younger since my visits at her office!! I like her quiet office and polite staff. Dr. Tsai is very friendly and listened to my concerns before all of my treatments, which was reasonably painless and I had excellent results. Highly recommended.

Agree with the first reviewer---horrible place.. The Dr. was also rude and condescending on top of being spacey and confusing. I'm glad I went somewhere else to treat my skin.

Not worth it.. Dr. Tsai was spacey and confusing. I saw her for my rosacea. She told me about her laser treatment and stated that I was a good candidate. She informed me that the cost could be about $2000.00 and then in the next few minutes corrected herself and said it would actually be $4250.00, she forgot to add a few other things the first time around. She showed me some products that would be good for my skin and told me she'd give me samples for me to try before I left. I spoke to her about getting a cream for my underarms to reduce the amount of perspiration, she said she'd write me a prescription. She did not give me samples or write the prescription she promised, apparently she forgot. I agreed to do a laser treatment for $400 that day. I told her 3 times how cold I was in her office. At the end of the treatment she put ice on my face (to show me how another laser would feel), I shivered and she asked what was wrong. I told her again that I was so cold and that the ice made it worse and then she jumped up and said "Oh my goodness, I forgot about the heated blanket I have. I should turn that on now for my next appt". Not a great experience and honestly, a little confusing. She was so sporadic and non-linear with her information. I just saw another doctor today, he informed me that he doesn't think I'm a good candidate for laser treatment and that he'd like to try something topical first. He also said that everything he'd do would be covered by insurance, the exact opposite of what Dr. Tsai told me. I'm not going back to her.
