It was awesome! I am having a lot of tattoo work removed with laser and James has been fantastic. He fully preps me, both mentally and physically, and I am starting to see great results. The rest of the staff I come in contact with (front desk, nurse applying numbing cream before treatment, etc.) are equally professional, friendly and helpful. All around, a continuing great experience considering the not so great laser surgery treatment I need to go through to remove my unwanted tattoos.

I was introduced to Serenity Medspa via Living Social about 8 months ago and was initially nervous to try out a new spa but I found Serenity Medspa to be professional, clean, efficient and a place that I have recommended to several friends. The lobby area is lovely and the initial contact always friendly but professional. I initially paid to do the laser hair removal for my underarms but due to the pain free and wonderful service I have received, I have returned for my legs and now my bikini. Well worth the visit!

I really like Serenity Med Spa. Compared to other med spas that I have been to, I feel that this establishment excels in quality of service, and has the latest technologies. The staff is personable and trustworthy. I also appreciate that the staff takes the time to really listen to my concerns and explain why they recommend certain treatments.
