the worse taxi cab in bay area felons drivers. my name is don bemmiss, i work for this filty cab ( san mateo and burlingame yellow cab) no one would hire me( i do not blame them , ) iam a perfect match for this cab im filty , smelly too fat ,,, nasty, ex drugee, liar , not honest, i do not pay my taxes, the san mateo and burlingame yellow is the same , the owner can not fire me , i would tell the IRS ( he ll spent years in jail ) he can not fire me, anyway i recommand the vip taxi , what a great company ( they fired me , do you blame them )

and refuse to service me ( i do not blame them ), but i still love vip taxi , brand new cars , clean drivers , on time no criminals driving for them, vip taxi five ***** stars

Incompetent cab company. Use another service. They told me they'd be here in 15-30 minutes. I called after 30 minutes and they said "3 minutes, the driver is two blocks away", 10 minutes later they said "5 minutes til he's there". A driver that I could barely understand called again for my address, but still nothing. They kept telling me "4 minutes away" when I'd call back. Finally a car shows up but it's too late, I've missed my flight.

It cost me $400 for a change fee and I'm getting juked with a middle seat and will have a curtailed sleep. When I called the manager, Fathi, to complain, he offered me a free ride and said he could do no more. If I had made a reservation the prior day then he might be more responsible. They told me they fired the driver as they've been having a lot of problems with him. Give me a break. Avoid this company.
