this company charged my coworkers and I all for food that we never received! My comments get deleted from facebook. 2 of the girls have been charged multiple times! Emails are not being responded to or anything! Terrible customer relations! and no one has tried to make up for it or anything! We get the story that theres nothing they can do! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! They will charge your card and you will get no food!

Good with glitches. The first time I used e24h, wow, the food came quick. I did not particularly like the food, but that is not e24h's fault.

Second time, I did not understand how to use a coupon that they sent me, and somehow my order with credit card was placed. I contacted Customer service and they said that I could not revise the charges, and that I should watch a "how to use your coupon" tutorial on youtube. Come on!! A tutorial to properly use a coupon? Obviously they don't really want that coupon used. Hmm. Luckily, the coupon does not expire.

And, oh, the times posted for delivery in the info section of each restaurant profile (mainly 10-20 minutes) don't match the actual...by far.

I LOVE EAT24HOURS!. Eat24hours is the best. I couldn't decide on what i wanted to eat but there was so many choices and I could see the whole menu on every restaurant that delivers to me. This is the greatest website. I asked for extra ranch and the support team called me to make sure they could charge another 75 cents to my account instead of just charging it. I thought that was very nice of them. If i could I would give them 10 stars :D

Best Website Ever!. this website is the best. Everyone is super helpful and nice that works there. Even though my food was running late, they gave me a discount without me having to ask. I was very impressed with the customer service. Thank you Eat24Hours!

Eat24Hours :D. eat24hours is pretty much amazing. I was starving and very lazy to call the restaurant to order the food so i went on the website and it took about 5 minutes to order then the food came in less than the estimated time. I will definitely use this website all the time.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.. This company is awful. If you are redirected to their website to place an order online, save yourself some headaches and CALL the restaurant instead.

I was charged twice for one meal - one charge appeared the night the order was placed and a second charge appeared the next day. And it has been a HUGE hassle getting my money back for the extraneous charge. This company is shady!! BEWARE!!

Unreliable and unwilling to take responsibility for mistakes. If you order through this website, you had better call the restuarant to make sure they got your order and that they got it correct. Wait...doesn't that defeat the purpose of ordering online in the first place? Why yes - it doubles the amount of your time to get a delivery. After having multiple bad experiences with this site, I have canceled my account. If they are not willing to take any responsibility for restaurant screw-ups, why bother? Trust me, you are better off just calling the place - what way you know you will get what you expect.

I love this service!. I love it. No more fliping through yellow pages, jumping from web site to web site. One site for all your taste! Easy to use and quick, this is a great website I love you guys. Eat24Hours is very good! This is seriously helping me a lot. Easy to use, Great, Convenient, Very useful, super easy, Excellent Customer Service! I would absolutly recommend this site. Great FoodFinder. You can throw away the old menus from the fridge, just put your adress in this website and you find all the food in your neiberhood. I order from them all the time, they got great restaurants and prompt service. I like them even more after I found out they are local SF guys!! If you're hungry, check out their service your life will never be the same..
