My Favorite Nail Salon!!!!. OMG. My friend and I recently attended a bridal shower at Pinkies. It was over the top. Everything was great, services, desk staff and general ambiance. They even fit in a friend who didn't have an appointment. We felt soooo pampered. I can't wait to get married myself so I can have my bridal shower here. But, Pinkies in definitely now my nail salon as I came back the following week for waxing.....yes, the "take it all off" by Annie was the best I've every had.

How can you ask for more!. While posting a couple of restaurant reviews I came across my review a couple of years ago for the Lafayette Pinkies. Now that the owner opened in San Francisco, I am a regular. Service is efficient and the two owners keep everything working smoothly. Much cleaner than under the old owner and always a pleasant experience. I don't understand the negative comments - they are 100% off base. Pinkies is truly the best.

Beware. I tried this place since it's so close but i must say ... i will not return. Customer Service was horrible and I was treated like cattle. Rush Rush Rush. My nails were adequate and I just could not enjoy the service. On to find a better place ... i have one in mind already.

bad customer service,bad treatments. So, I have driven by this "cute" place tons of times. I finally decide to give it a try, it's very clean looking BUT when I walk in I'm looking for someone to help me, finally I turn to the side and I see this not so friendly looking gal hovering over the desk. I ignore the bad customer service and get a pedicure and purchase some cute barrettes, the girl that helped me said I can get taken right away, I ended up waiting 20 minutes!!!! To top it off the woman who did my toes did a horrible job (not $27 worth) I felt as if she were being rushed by the receptionist. I brush that off and go home, look at my receipt and notice they charged me a tax on top of the tax for my barrettes and to my $27 pedicure as well. Is this even legal? First of all that's just wrong , second of all the woman that rang me up should have made me aware of the extra charges. Overall I will not be returning to "Pinkies" , there are plenty other cute, clean, and places with GREAT customer service in the city ( about 4 in the PH area). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!!!

nice!. embarrassed to admit this was my first pedi ... ever. but it was great! the ladies were fast, efficient and friendly. and it only tickled a little bit. i would definitely go back!

Better as Mani-Pedi. I've been to this nail salon numerous times, starting back when it was called Mani-Pedi. Since the change of name and management the services have steadily gotten worse and more expensive, bad combo. Staff is less attentive and not as friendly also. I got a $27 pedicure that I had to go home and redo. I will start trying new spots before returning to Pinkies.

Guy grooming in Potrero Hill - Pinkies Nail Salon. Yes I am a guy who likes to take care of his feet, i get a monthly pedicure at Pinkies. I have to admit, i was resistant to have anyone except my girlfriend touch my feet, only to find out i had been missing out for 33 years!

I highly recommend pinkies to any guy!

I'm a Pinkies regular. Great nail spa in Potrero Hill.. When I go to Pinkies I always get great service, from the moment i pick my color, the staff makes you feel good. The nail technicians always do a great job. No matter who is helping me, I leave feeling relaxed and my nails look fantastic. I love the green tea they serve, the foot massages, the gift selections and the conversations I have with the friendly people at Pinkies. It?s clean and convenient. I am a pinkies regular!

Pinkies does great work!. i love my mani/pedi that i got yesterday from pinkies. I am going to become a regular here. I didnt feel rushed, got a great hand and foot massage and the staff is friendly and they did a great job. Its the first time i had someone doing my toes and another gal doing my hands. Saved a bunch of time with this great service. Thanks Pinkies!

Very nice nail salons. I love this place. The workers are really nice and the place doesn't stink. I can park and don't have to walk 4 blocks in flip flops when I'm done. Last week I messed up 2 nails and the manicurist was completely sweet about fixing them.
