Full attention and great results. I have been working with Martt at the Pilates Center of San Francisco for two years now. I am stronger and so much more aware of the strengths and weaknesses of my own body. Martt is thorough and our sessions always restore me for the rest of my week. It is a lovely atmosphere with all levels working, from professional dancer to an individual recovering from an injury. It is a great way to rediscover your body and be a part of a larger community. There are many great teachers like Helena and Emily, so you can find what you are looking for. I highly recommend it!

Excellent workout, friendly people, great atmosphere. The pilates center of san francisco is a great place for a workout. I have been going there since it opened, in the brand new, beautiful ODC dance commons - this is a bright space, newly built - and is totally unlike most gym environments. The pilates training is top notch. Both Emily and Martt are great teachers and will surely get your core in shape. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get in shape.
