Talk About A Great Deal!. Having been stuck with two old TV's and a few worn out appliances, Lou's Express was there when I needed it. The dumping of these items was not "user friendly" for me until I found out about this. The driver was ontime and courtious. Took care of all my problems, and better yet was the cost. FREE! At least I know that these items were properly handled and not dumped in the Bay, abandoned lot, or on a street corner. Thanks for providing such a great service. I highly recommend.

Unbelievable Service. I used this company on several occasions for some large junk-runs. The customer service has always been excellent. The person who picked up the junk I accumulated, 'took everything!'. I will use them again in the future.

Rude and Dangerous. I was driving on 92 East today and a Lou's Express Co. van was tailgating people, honking, switching lanes, etc. I called the company to let them know and they hung up on me!!! I called back again in case it was an error and explained what happened and they hung up on me again. This truck was a danger to the people driving around it and the customer "service" was horrible.

Fantastic Service. I called to have an old TV picked up at 11am - at 11:20 the truck came by and the old TV was gone. The driver (Lou?) was courteous and let me know all the other e-waste items he collected.

No fuss, no muss, no charge. It couldn't have been easier. Of course, it was just luck that I called when he was already nearby, so don't always expect a pickup in 20 minutes. Still, I am very impressed. I'm sure I'll call again.
