I am new to the area and first time City Search user.( Long time drinker though). I found Overtime here on city search and though I would check it out since I live and work near by. I was very disapointed. I thought a sports bar in the city would have more tv's and be more sports oriented. instead I found a group of people throwing bean bags at a board with a hole in it. What is this about. Again I am new to the city so this might be a big thing but that is something my kids won't even do. One of the owners was bartending though she was nice she was not very knowledgeable when it came to drinks. After several attempts at ordering a neat drink and looked at with a blank stare I switched to beer. It was very foamy but it was cold. The food was good but was your average bar food nothing special. My search continues don't fail me next time city search.

I came in to this place expecting your average bar and I was very surprised on how friendly everyone was. I was greated with a hello by several members of the staff as I walked in and was told to " make yourself at home". The manager Anthony sat down with me and asked how everything was and what I thought of the place. He said they had just opened and had a lot of plans for the place. They had 6 tvs and are putting up several more. The food was great and very reasonably priced. I can honestly say this will be my new hang out.

In a world of lots of average bars, I would be surprised to this place survive. There were only a handful of people at the bar and the bartender seemed disinterested and unattentive. You had to go somehwat out of your way to get his attention. In addition, with so few people at the bar, he couldn't recall what we were drinking. Good or great bartenders remeber these things, especially when things are slow. He also charged my friend for 2 beers when she only had one beer and we had to point this out once the check came. The food was average and fair priced, but nothing to make me want to come back. The place has been cleaned up considerably compared to its prior incarnations. The plasma TVs are real nice, but the projection TV (circa 1984) is a piece of junk and has a horrible picture...dump it! An average bar differentiates itself on its service and staff. This place does not.
