Only second best to La Boulange, once again :).
What can I say about this bakery/restaurant? The very best macarons in town, for one! Better than La Boulange by a landslide. Their tarts are a bit small though, so be forewarned. Fantastic crocque monsieur too! Only second best to La Boulange, once again :)

Thanks for forgetting a portion of my Thanksgiving order..
Thanks for forgetting a portion of my Thanksgiving order so I didn't have enough desserts. Thanks also for not throwing in an extra macaron even for all my trouble.

From dainty tartlets to the classic croque monsieur, this SoMA spot brings a taste of Paris to the design district..
The financiers at this petite eatery have nothing to do with money. Instead, they're just one of the traditional pastries, cakes and cookies on Chef Philippe Delarue's menu of French cafe fare. Located on the ground level of a mixed-use building, this pleasant destination for morning and midday sustenance welcomes guests with a row of small tables for two along the glass front wall, where patrons people-watch over espressos or munch on assorted paninis, savory quiche and buttery brioche.

Authentic, delicious french pastry.
So far the best patisserie I have had in SF. Really authentic, the real deal. And the fair prices make an even better experience.
