My close friend had recommended Dr Brown when I first expressed to her that I was interested in these procedures, to which I replied... how would you know? your face is perfect! She replied "yes, bc of Dr Brown!". I had no idea she ever had anything done and apparently her procedure was done 10 years ago! She told me that Dr Brown is not just a physician, he is an artist. And I couldn't agree more.

Dr Brown performed a turbinate reduction, eyelid reduction and brow lift on me, and I could not be happier. He was extremely communicative in my assessment and in all pre-opp meetings prior (which there were many that he insists on). And during he was absolutely professional while his staff was warm and comforting. Post-opp he was extremely caring... even sending his nurse out to check on my when I was feeling insecure about recovery. She traveled 45 minutes just to reassure me. And was amazing at it given everything was absolutely fine. Dr. Brown also insisted on checking in on me every week after and offered insights not only on my healing, but on the emotional changes I was going through. He is a surgeon but he expressed so much interest and care about why I was wanting the procedures as well. And so supportive... and not in a sales guy way, but in a truly caring way. And he was honest... there was more I wanted done and he drew a line and insisted that we go with the basics before going further. And I am so grateful he did... I am so happy with my results.

I had been researching and getting consults from 5 other doctors in the bay area and Dr Brown was by far the most communicative, comforting, and in the end, I honestly could not be happier with my results. I can't even find the incision lines at all! I will definitely return to Dr Brown for any future procedures, no doubt!

If nothing else, you should definitely go for a consult and see what he has to say. He's honest, straight-forward and just a lovely man to work with.

Turning the Clock BACK!!. Dr Brown's practice is geared toward assessing and satisfying his patient's wants and needs. He and his staff are in practice to help his patients achieve their goals. When you come to him with an idea of how you would like to change your appearance, he will help you accurately analyze your ideas. With his expertise and experience, he can and will suggest possibilities to better help you achieve your desired results.

Dr Brown is not a salesman, and from my experience, concentrates on the patient's areas of concern. Most of these procedures are elective and the list can be long or short, but it is the patient's list that he is expertly attuned to accomplishing. Mine was a tightening of my neck and I couldn't be happier. I'm the only one that knows and everyone else just thinks I look GREAT.

Completing the package of services provided by Dr Brown is excellent post operative care and monitoring of the procedure to insure proper healing. There is no doubt that were I in need of, or wanted care in the future............... I would seek Dr. Brown's help.

5 reasons I would recommend Dr. Brown. The five reasons I would recommend Dr. Brown for breast augmentation:

His staff are warm and supportive

Dr Brown cares about breast health, as well as how they look.

Dr. Brown is not rushed and patiently answered all my questions.

He is respectful and interested in what you want, regarding size, type of implant and incision site. Once he hears what you want, he will give his expert opinion.

Dr. Brown is an artist and a perfectionist. What more would you want from your plastic surgeon!

San Francisco's best plastic surgeon. I loved my experience with Dr.brown! His surgery turned out amazing, better than I had even imagined. I had liposuction done on multiple sites, and the results have been wonderful, have healed excellently without scarring and healed quickly and easily. Dr Brown was wonderful to work with from the start, his consult was thorough and helpful, his surgery went wonderfully and the post op care I received was top notch. His staff is the best in the city. I would not hesitate to use Dr Brown again for surgery and I would absolutely recommend him to others.

Great Experience!. I decided to receive an otoplasty with Dr. Brown and it was worth every penny I spent. I am extremely happy with the results I received, and Dr. Brown and his staff were there for me every step of the way. Dr. Brown gives you his undivided attention when he is with you to make sure that everything comes out perfectly! Pre and Post surgery care is extremely attentive. After your surgery, Dr. Brown ensures that he is available for you anytime of the day by giving his patients his cell phone number. He was sooo nice and made sure I felt comfortable every second I was there. His staff was amazing! Dr. Brown is extremely experienced and I would recommend everyone to him!

Terrible plastic surgery experience with Dr. Brown. I had Dr. Brown perform breast augmentation a couple of years ago, and ever since then I have had so many problems. Not to mention, right up to the point of having the 1st surgery, I had a terrible, unprofessional consultation which I wish I would have realized at the time! It would have saved me a lot of money and heartache. Practices by the doctor and his staff were conducted in a very unprofessional way which did not follow protocol. In the end, I had a terrible outcome because of Dr. Brown and what he did not do in the beginning stages leading to surgery. I later confronted him on doing a revision since the outcome was horrible, and after all, it was him and his staff's fault for not conducting a proper consultation and not informing me on my options. I couldn't believe that when I approached him that day in his office, he was yelling and using curse words which is unbelievable in this profession. What doctor treats and reacts to his patients in this way? It is unethical. I know you may be asking why I opted to go with him a 2nd time, but honestly my whole savings went into the first surgery and if I went anywhere else I would have paid the same amount as the 1st surgery. I had hoped and prayed that he would know what he was doing this time around and it would be free of charge. He made me pay for the revision at a discounted price which was still over $1,000, even while admitting it was him and his staffs fault after he had yelled and cursed at me. I have now spent close to $10,000 for nothing with Dr. Brown.He should not be practicing anymore and I am in the process of reporting him to the board for his actions and behavior towards me. Flashing forward to today - I unfortunately had to have my breast implants removed due to Dr. Browns mistakes that were made during both my surgeries. My new plastic surgeon was astonished at what was going on inside of my chest wall and how the implants were placed and revised. I really hope that anyone looking into having any type of surgery with Dr. Brown be very weary and know that he is capable of acting inappropriate and disrespectful and performing surgery in a terrible way that I have disclosed above. It is your choice if you want to take that chance, but be prepared to be very disappointed!

High Quality Professional Service.. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown and his staff. He provided me with quality professional services and was always very sincere. The staff was so friendly and they make you feel like family. Prior to my Liposuction and Abdominoplasty surgery, I was wearing a size 18. I never went to the gym and hated working out. Now only one year later, I wear a size 10. I'm active and enjoy my new body and my NEW LIFE! If you're looking for an overwhelming body change with an amazing result then Dr. Brown is the plastic surgeon to see! Thanks again Dr. Brown, Kim, Kari, Leslie & Susan...you were all wonderful! JD

Great Surgeon. Great Staff. Amazing Results!. I just wanted to let everyone know how wonderful I feel and look thanks to Dr. Brown and his wonderful staff. January 2007 marked my 30th wedding anniversary and I look and feel better than I have in years. My husband tells me that I look just as good as the day we met! I'm 55 but now I look at least 20 years younger with my new beautiful face! I sometimes see my reflection in the mirror and still can't believe that it's me! My daughter keeps telling me we look more like sisters than mother and daughter! All the compliments I get are a result of the great job you did. Thank you for giving me back my youthful appearance! Best surgeon I ever met! Warm & friendly office staff. When I first visited Dr. Brown I have to admit I was a bit nervous at the thought of even having PLASTIC SURGERY! His staff made my experience seem as routine as possible and assisted me through the entire process . After I had my breast augmentation and liposuction Dr. Brown and his staff continued to provide so much support through my healing process. I think that support helped more than the pain killers did! Dr. Brown's caring and intelligent way made me realize I had chosen the right doctor and that I was in good hands. He is wonderful at what he does and has exceptional skill. NS
