Positive Environment - doesn't feel like a gym - makes me want to work out!!

I cannot thank the group at Butterfly Life enough for helping get me to a point where I want to work out! I used to be easily intimidated by the weight machines at gyms and would avoid the whole section completely. Lynda calibrated each machine to my body size and explained to me the proper way to work each machine - wow! Now that I know how to use the outer thigh press - I'm a whole lot more apt to sit down and use the machine.

I truly enjoy walking into the location every day - being welcomed by Jonathan, Sherry and Lynda makes for such a positive environment to exercise at. The DVD classes are challenging and the video instructors explain the movements thoroughly making it every easy to follow along. I also like that pending other member participation, they will play any video you wish.

The best part...I'm seeing results! Not only are my pants looser (yay!) but I'm starting to see definition in my arms and legs! I'm feeling muscles that I didn't know I had or rather hadn't used in a LONG while.

I strongly encourage women, especially those who aren't gym-fiends to check out Butterfly Life. The positive environment that they have helped create makes such a huge improvement in my desire and commitment to exercise. I wish them nothing but success in the future.

Serious About Losing Weight? ~this is the place for you!

Since I have joined the club, I have been even more motivated to loose the weight. I feel great from working out everyday. I have gained so much energy from my workouts. The owners are wonderful people who sincerely help you with great tips. I have been with Ballys, Gorilla Fitness, 24 hour fitness, and even Curves before joinning Butterfly. I am a very picky exerciser. Butterfly is the first place that I truly feel comfortable and at home in. It's in the most convienant location for me. The inside is friendly and super clean. BUT THE BEST PART IS THAT I HAVE ALREADY LOST 5LBS!!!! and inches!

If you are paying $20 for a membership at 24 HR Fitness and think you have a deal, ask yourself what you are truely getting for that $20(?) Are you even going? Get motivated at Butterfly! I work out everyday so it is working for me. I want to say thanks to the owners: Linda, Jonathen, and Dr. Fong for being there for me.

Love getting caught in the Butterfly net!

From the moment I signed up for membership, I knew this was the place for me. Having met Lynda and Jonathon, I was truly "caught in the net" with not only their enthusiasm but with their sincerity in helping people. As soon as you walk in the center you receive a warm welcome and the tensions of the day just slip away. The members are friendly, helpful,supportive and just plain great! I like the many choices of working out that Butterfly provides so that one can mix it up and not become bored with the same routine. I would never have thought that this "working-out" business would actually be fun but it is and I am truly enjoying my participation. Come and join the fun!
