DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP FOR MY WEDDING!!!!

I knew we were in trouble when they couldn't push the time up a measly 15 minutes. Usually "on time" for a good limo company is 15 minutes early anyway. Despite arranging almost 2 months prior, I got a call at the ABSOLUTE last minute that their limo broke down (ya right) and then that their "plan b" was stuck in traffic (that is not a plan b! and why didn't they call me earlier???). Sal said they wouldn't be able to get there till after I was supposed to walk down the aisle. Made the whole day so stressful and they couldn't have cared less that I didn't have a way to get to my own wedding. Horrible way to run a business....if you actually need to go somewere, use ANYONE else. These guys suck.
Car and Driver Never Arrived!

My family and I have used this service for several years. I had a very important business trip to Boston a few weeks ago. I called on a Friday afternoon for a Monday morning pick-up at 5:45am. Everything seemed normal about the call, with the employee verifying all my information and repeating/confirming the pick-up time to me.
Monday AM arrived, but the car and driver never did. I called their office and they couldn't find my reservation in the system. They were very disorganized. I had to scramble to the airport (had to wake the wife and kids). This was a huge inconvenience. One thing I notice about this company is that they always ask me the same information every time I call for a reservation/pick-up (like they don't have it in their system). My entire extended family has stopped using this service because of what happened. The management is subpar. By the way, they never called me back or offered to reconcile - goes to show you how they operate. They've lost at least 5 customers through me and they're clueless. I recommend finding another service.

I used Prestige Limousine last weekend, driver showed up 10 minutes earlier, he was driving a brand new Crysler 300 series stretched limousine, the driver was dressed up in an Italian designed suit, the intrior of the limousine looked plush. He drove us to Napa and we had the best time. I was amazed of our driver, he provided us with clean glasses the entire trip and kept the limo clean and knew Napa like a native. I paid 15% gratuity at the beginning, but my friends were so impressed with the service that both of them gave him $100.00 each. I will use Prestige Limousine again and again and will recommand to others, I wish, I could write the driver's name.
