Worst Customer Service Experience Ever with a Financial Services Firm. Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with any business anywhere. If you are an individual or small business, I would most definitely AVOID this company for your tax and financial planning needs.

Never in 20 years of filing tax returns had I ever had a tax penalty or required an extension for filing until I went to W.E.L. Enterprise.

Though my initial customer impression seemed very personal, over time that impression changed as less and less care was taken to handle my financial planning. Appointments were cancelled by their office with no attempt to reschedule, emails were very slow in being acknowledged, or returned by my tax advisor, requiring me to have to follow-up multiple times, and finally a significant discrepancy developed at the last minute before tax filing between what my tax advisor has previously documented in writing as my projected taxes and what was actually owed.

I had a similar experience with my attempt at financial planning services there as well. Cancelled appointments and no follow-up. When I took it upon myself to reschedule the follow-up appointment they ditched, I was met by one of the owners at the office who was hostile, dismissive and insulting. When I reminded him that they'd cancelled my previous appointment because of his schedule and had never followed up to reschedule, he said he didn't have any knowledge about that. He tossed my binder down on the table and walked away.

I still have no idea what the cause of the poor service, financial discrepancies and hostility was, but I was left with the distinct impression that they had decided my financial portfolio was neither large enough nor important enough for their time.

Again, hands-down, overall one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Very disappointing after wanting to support a neighborhood business.

Not Reputable!. My experience with WELTax was nothing short of dismal. I worked with them for almost 10 months to do what to me seemed like a pretty standard job of: Reviewing a QuickBooks file and making some general journal entries and re-filing the previous year's taxes which were incorrect.

After months & months of pursuing completion, I finally had to give up! I'm embarrassed to say how much money they bilked me out of!

Their line was basically, "it doesn't matter if we did the work wrong, we still did the work."

These people are not reputable and I advise that you steer clear of them!
