Exceptional Therapist. I called Annette after suffering for years with anxiety, constantly worrying about everything. All my anxiety over little things also started to cause me to be depressed over my life. I found her on the internet and I am so grateful because my quality of life has greatly improved. She made connections for me from my past to current behaviors that I keep repeating and helped me see I am in control of making different choices. She is also helping me learn valuable practical skills to manage my anxiety and depression. Annette is professional, yet so warm and easy to talk to without feeling judged. Great Experienced Therapist. I had some reservations about getting into therapy but I was really suprised at how easy Annette made the experience initially. I am truly thankful for the work that we were able to accomplish together. She was able to help me through a really rough patch in my life and allow me to realize some things about myself that are invaulable to me in living a fruitful life!
