Hooked my Restaurant Up. So it started with Daniel taking care of my personal health insurance. Then it progressed to cover both my business general liability insurance as well as Workers Comp.

I own a restaurant & bar in Santa Cruz, and switched from Farmers... He shopped around on my behalf to a number of different insurance providers and got me the best rates for the coverage I needed. I have had great experiences working with his office... Quick responses to my needs/requests via phone and email... Id recommend him highly...

Frustrated. I don't know what you have to do to get this office to return a phone call. I've been using him as my agent for over a year and the communication has been poor at best. The information I do receive from his office has also been wrong on several occasions (i.e. my responsibilities for copayment/deductible).

Courteous, helpful, fast, pleasant, honest - I'd recommend him highly. I wanted to change health insurance plans and called Daniel to ask about it. He was on the phone but told me he'd call back quickly and took my name and number. Called back 3 minutes later.

He told me about my options and knew the answers to each of my questions and some relatively detailed information about specific Blue Cross plans (I was surprised as I had only learned much of that same information after quiet a bit of searching on BC's website).

He advised by NOT to use his services because changing insurance for such a short period would not be in my interest - instead he suggested I call Blue Cross or use their changemyplan website to get a new plan that did not require review by an underwriter.

Great advise, fast reply, detailed knowledge, honest opinions. I'll likely call him next time I need insurance help (he mentioned that he also is a broker for car and other forms of insurance, good to know).

Unprofessional. I called and tried to ask him about some plans, but he told me to hold on and started talking and laughing to some friends in the background. I waited a couple of seconds, but he kept going on with them so I hung up. Definitely not what I expect out of an agent.

Realy helpful health insurance agent. Daniel helped me find a great plan that gave me immediate coverage for office visits and emergency room visits. It took less than 15 minutes to apply and I had a really good quality health plan. He was so helpful and patient in making sure I understood what I was getting. I'm happy to know that I have an agent that will always help me in the future.

It was also very easy to find and easy to get to his office.

Very helpful-Call Daniel for Health Insurance. My daughter graduated from SFAI this last May and her health insurance ended. I searched the Internet and found Daniel Masarsky representing Blue Cross. I called his office, Daniel answered the phone, wow no automated attendant or voice mail. I explained my needs, Daniel called my daughter and walked her through the online application. I was amazed and thankful he would take the time to help with her with the application process. Due to current health issues she was turned down by Blue Cross. Daniel suggest Major Risk Medical Insurance Board, insurance through the State of California, for people turned down by other carriers. In this day and age of very poor customer service, Daniel is the exception. I would highly recommend his services for your health insurance needs.

Very helpful - highly recommended agent.. My agent Daniel was very helpful and clear in explaining the various levels of coverage and the different plans available. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a new health or dental plan/coverage. Very professional. Thanks

Best health insurance agent in san francisco. I called many places, but Daniel Masarsky was the only health insurance agent that took the time to answer all of my questions. Daniel set me up a great health plan with Blue Cross and made it very painless.

I highly recommend you call this agent if you need help finding a health plan.

This health insurance agent gets it done.. I was relieved to find a health insurance agent that took the time to answer all my questions, no matter what they were. He's a nice guy that found me a wonderful plan that best suited my needs.

Calstatehealth was very helpful in explaining health insurance to me. I feel like I really understand my plan and coverages. Daniel was very understanding and generous with his time to make sure I understood everything.
