This funky, '70s-style coffeehouse is an urban retreat in the Outer Mission.. In Short
Danish retro chairs face each other in living room fashion--complete with a faux fireplace--while stylish lamps (scored at thrift stores, not IKEA) hang overhead. Red cherry-wood floors complement the brown walls outfitted with local artwork. Catering to the coffee-culture crowd, ample couches, chairs, tables and outlets make for a comfortable place to work; plus, bookshelves filled with vintage magazines and books make it a comfy lounging place. Coffee is king here, but a few bottled drinks and some fresh-made Artisan Bakery eats are also available.
