Very Helpful!. Adam has been quite helpful in providing a healing touch and a nice, relaxing massage in my times of need. He is very focussed and connects with you and recognizes exactly what your mind and body needs. This deep understanding is what sets him apart from the plethora of massage therapists out there, not to mention his sound technique.

Real Massage. Adam's massage is healing and relaxing. I went to Adam for help with sciatic pain. Knowledgeable, intuitive, and skilled, he took the time to analyze my body and I've felt more release from his treatment than from any practitioners I've seen in the past.

True Therapeutic Massage. So I had a pretty hefty dose of sciatica almost six months ago. It was debilitating for about three months and although I was going for regular adjustments I hadn't had an actual massage until my session with Adam. My first visit was at a critical time because the muscle groups from my buttock down to my right foot had been cramped and idle for so long I needed knowledgeable and focused deep tissue work to kick start the stretching and strengthening process. Adam obviously has experience treating sciatica. He observed my alignment, asked a couple questions and his massage focused on all the key spots. He even found the secret knot that likes to hide out in my low back. Since, I've been able to hold deeper stretches. The other great thing about Adam is the level of comfort I felt during the treatment. He is super attentive and present and I could really tell that he cares. Did I mention the massage table is like crawling into a super dreamy cloud? Highly recommended when you need to treat yourself right.

Oh my!. Ok - this guy is mindblowing. I'm a massage therapist as well, and I can tell you this is hands down the best massage I've had in my entire life!!

Not only will he make me a better healer by helping my body to feel good, but there's so much I learned from him that I'll be able to pass on to my clients as well. I'll be seeing him regularly for maintence, I just know that he'll keep my body in good working order.

I'm grateful that I found him, I was in pain today and I have a feeling I am going to wake up tomorrow feeling a lot better!! Thank you so much Adam!!

Great Massage. While it doesn't have the glitz and glamor of some of the FIDI spas, it makes up for it in pure skill. Adam is a great listener, and I felt after speaking with him for just a few moments at the beginning of my session that he knew exactly what my body needed. Amazing work on my neck and shoulders. Also a nice guy. Highly recommended!

AMAZING. Adam is fantastic. Today, the morning after an expert massage by Adam, I feel rejuvenated and at peace despite being in the middle of a three week work marathon. I arrived at the Oxygen offices rather worn out and bedraggled. After a spectacular massage I noticed that the color had come back to my cheeks and I felt fabulous. I'm no expert, but Adam seems very specific about the massage he gives. I said I'd been stressed and had an ankle that was bothering me, he worked on the area between my shoulders (with this really cool lifting stretch) and really gave my ankle a complete going-over. Anyway, I feel so lucky to have received such care and thought from Adam.

Best massage in SF. I came looking for some relief to minor back pain as well as the reduction of business and family related stress. I've had numerous massages in the past, some good and some not so good with only a few ranking as excellent. Well, Adam's massage was excellent.

With Adam, I tried Thai massage for the first time and I'm definitely planning to do it again. His technique and warm disposition made the 2 hour appointment completely pleasurable. He put me at east by explaining the process. Now that is over, my back feels a bit stronger and I'm much less stressed. I plan to use Adam regularly.

Great massage therapy. I have had problems with my neck and shoulder being very tight from a car accident. I went to an accupuncturist and chiropractor. Neither of them could give me the instant relief that Adam could. He did this myofacial something or other massage which stretched out my muscles from my feet to my neck by pulling on this point in my foot...it was amazing! I would definitely recommend him if you have any muscles that need work or just want a relaxing massage with a very capable and talented professional.

WOW!. Adam really gets it! I have worked as a masssage therapist in SF for 10 years. I have also exercised intensely my entirely life and have had several challenging chronic injuries... needless to say, I have had TONS of bodywork. Adam really impresses me. He seems to have a strong grasp on what is going on with my body and knows how to address it. I know when I see Adam that i am going to get REAL relief. For the past few weeks one of my arms and hand has been feeling numb and heavy and in alot of pain. I was pretty sure a nerve was being pinched. Adam found and released the impingement after other bodyworkers failed to. His work was deep - as i wanted - but very conscious and he remains present and appropriately checks in. I left feeling SOO much better. My arm feels 'alive' again. I would recommend Adam to anyone who is experiencing body pain body pain.
