Good Chocolates? Bad Service!!!.
Can't speak for the quality of the chocolates. Can only say their customer service for orders from out of state leaves much to be desired.
Our relatives never got their gift. We never got a Federal Express order number to pursue Cocoa Bella's claim that delivery was confirmed. Nor were we given any other option for satisfaction of the order. So Cocoa Bella has our money and no chocolates were received either by our intended 'giftee' nor by us.
Maybe this is a better cash and carry business. But you'd think with Cocoa Bella's reputation they'd do better by their customers. We certainly can't recommend them now to anyone we know (those that live in SF and those with friends and relatives there).
