I had been shopping for hours, from one jewelry store to another for several days looking for a special gift for my daughters and then I stumbled upon L.L. Brown Jewelers and found just what I was looking for, everything you would like to find and more in a family jewelry store. The quality of their merchandise was very nice, and the styles were very unique. Because I am a person who shops for a sale I was comparing prices and their price was lower than I had been quoted from other jewelry stores I visited in the mall, and to really tell you why I purchased my jewelry from L.L. Brown Jewelers was the way I was treated! I had a wonderful experience! Brian and Ken were so very charming and kind that I felt that I could trust them. I highly recommend these gentlemen to everyone who travels to San Francisco, California

I came upon this "jeweler" while on a trip to San Francisco. First of all, the jewelry is low quality and looks cheap. When I asked to see a ring, the owner was extremely rude and acted as if I was bothering him. The customer service there is non existent. After this visit I heard horror stories from others that went to this place. All I can say, is avoid it at all costs.
